In the early years of Taisho, there was a tomb to surrounded with Tamagaki under
the big old pine tree that was called by local people 'Tsuru-no -matsu'.

It has been propagated to be worshiped Heike's princess here. (southern hill of JR Magi station )
Then this tomb was excavated by a local young men's association, and her ashes was found with
soil of a vermilion from 3 meters bottom. Her ashes had been transfered to Mangyoji(a temple) in Magi,
and the monument of koto Hime was constructed under a pine grove on the central beach.
